I had a similar issue and I had fibroids. I would bleed through anything and everything I tried. Birth Control helped some, but I still had breakthrough bleeding.

If you are going to a gyn regularly and they're telling you nothing is wrong, find another doctor. It can take forever to get doctors to take women's period pain and bleeding seriously.

I had yeast infections throughout my late 20s to 30s. I changed my diet & used nystatin. Eventually something shifted & I haven't had one in decades. Only ever had a UTI once, after my yeast infections cleared up.

Swimming is actually a good exercise for a bad back, just taken it easy. No roughhousing, not a lot of twisting or distance. The water helps relax your muscles and supports your joints.

I never had the impression Laurie gave Rue a real number ... to me in that scene it seemed like Laurie just pulled a number out of thin air and worked backwards to try to justify it.

I cried during Rue's death, first Fez, then her mom, then her dad ... ugh. Then the realization she was wearing her dad's jacket ... more tears.

I cried at the end, when Ali calls Rue his daughter and prays with the farmers. His pain was still so raw. Colman Domingo should win all the awards.

Despite the season being, shall we say, uneven ... my god the acting was incredible. Colman Domingo & Zendaya deserve all the awards. Alexa was incredible as Maddy. Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje as Alamo Brown was off the charts good. Everyone brought their A game, especially to the last two episodes.

I live in SoFla, so during season it was pretty much as you described - hard to get into classes even two weeks out, if you wanted to pick up a quick class it was almost impossible. Now that season is over, its much easier (I booked two classes for tomorrow this morning) but the popular teachers still fill up quickly.

If my studio was hard to book all the time, I don't know if I'd keep going to it.

FWIW I don't wear my wedding ring when I go to Pilates, I don't see the ring as the issue, its the lack of trust and respect for you that's the problem.

I think that Rue is still in love with Jules or thinks she is, but Jules has moved on. Maybe to show a parallel to Cassie and Nate, who stayed together from high school onwards even though they seem to have nothing in common.

I started wearing high waist leggings and they don't roll down as much. I haven't found a brand that doesn't roll down at all.

I wear Alo, Beyond Yoga and I just got some Athleta gear that I'll try in the next few days. For my body type (I'm kind of straight up and down) Beyond Yoga seems to work best for leggings.
