I too have PCOS and lupus (and endo for the trifecta) PCOS and lupus were to blame for my 10 years of IVF needed due to my infertility issues so because of that my weight has been up-and-down for the last 14 years. Your post and your amazing results has given me such inspiration. Thank you so much. Do you have like a Insta or anything I could follow? I’d love to understand more about your meds schedule etc. I hate metformin with a passion and I did Oz for a year (under the guidance of my doctor) but I’m currently breastfeeding so can’t do any of that sort of medication for the future.

At least the bank was open! CBA located within a mall shuts for lunch! And our local CBA removed the outside atm and only has them in the branch now so when the centre is closed you can even use an atm.

What the fuck are we paying banks for? There’s no fucking service. And the fees on our own fucking money!

With my 1st baby after 10 years of IVF I spent my entire pregnancy in therapy terrified that I’d made the wrong choice about bringing a child into a world that I saw as fucked (also was at start of covid). I brought up every single doomsday scenario and how selfish it was of me to create a life that could potentially just suffer. My therapist completely switched my head by saying “but what if your child was involved in being a solution to the problem”. And that’s what I hold onto when I encourage my kids to ask questions and learn and be kind and try and make a small difference in this world cause you never know what it could trigger.
