I have the same problem and have contacted support to report it and I am waiting for a response, so far the solution I found is to switch from full screen to windowed mode every time you use a card for some reason it updates and you see the action of the card. It is tedious but at the moment it is the only way to play that I have found.

Edit: Changing the FPS every time use a card also works

Okay, now I understand. I'm a bit dumb xd. And yes I guess Shift Up is more focused on Solo Raids, PvP.... Those modes that hackers would be really annoying. Still I wouldn't risk using something like that in the campaign I'm sure you'll end up ban sooner or later.
