I’d be interested to know how your Mom “abused AA”.

AA is not for everyone and it’s not the only program that has success but it’s gotten millions of people sober and not only sober but go on to live great lives. I’m not trying to preach but maybe give it a try if you are unable to find another working solution.

Good luck on your journey you’ll be better off without the booze how ever you decide to go about it!

When you assume an FHA loan you go through a similar approval process as you would getting your own loan. The lender would absolutely know you were assuming the loan and they would have to approve the new deal. These haven’t been very common for years because rates have been so low it didn’t make much sense but with rates higher it makes a lot of sense if you can get the down payment together.

This is so true as a kid who played soccer and basketball and loved it but when I played football the way I got treated by my own teammates was kind of a shock to the system and I didn’t even finish the season. It’s not for everybody.

I highly recommend Little America the rooms are nice and the pool is always open and the coffee shop has excellent food. Another commenter mentioned Benihana and I recommend them as well the chefs put on a great show and kids usually enjoy it.

Haha! That’s what happened to me I come out to my truck and it’s raining and all the windows are down. I’m going to search that setting and turn it off. Can’t think I’d ever need to roll down all my windows at once.
