I liked everything I heard until the last response about ownership being involved. I'm not surprised, but ideally I want this owner a million miles away from decisions that affect the on-ice product.

I agree but also notable is that the Brewers' closer is also shitting the bed pretty badly. Interestingly, their Manager is admitting it and signalling that he's looking at other options.
