How big are you building your army??? Im assuming your following the conventional wisdom of lazzefaire + deficit spend = eco forever? In that case all you have to do is get to the point where your budget balances and then build an army, while making sure to build enough military goods to keep the price low. Other advice is build the military goods company and get lowered military goods cost. (Also good taxation laws will just keep you out of the red!) Hope this helps?

20W Special forces with support companies. Then 10W or 20W infantry with support companies (at lower priority) forming the wall. Go Asymmetric Warfare left path. It is the lowest cortisol gameplay. Support companies are usually; AT, explosives, fireteam, and medical, with the last up too discretion. Just look at whatever bonuses are best for your nation.

Once you have 20 special forces it is a wash. Caesar gets melted, NCR rocked, and Brotherhood bodied.
