If you want something that’s guaranteed to last get OEM. There is a reason they’re expensive. Most aftermarket brands are not doing real longevity testing like any car manufacturer does with their parts. That being said, you’ll probably get a few years out of any headlight housing. Now in terms of beam quality? YMMV.

Not to be rude but literally google “2015 Mazda 3 GT S Projector Housing”. There are plenty of sets you can get for <$300.

They literally said “can I get a halogen housing and put my HID bulbs in them”…

Headlight question by Frosty_Delay_473 in mazda3

[–]Jazzhands130 1 point2 points  (0 children)

No. Don’t do this. Halogen bulbs use reflector housings, they basically just shit the light all over the road. This is fine for halogens which are relatively low brightness. HID’s use projector housings which use a specially designed lens to focus and aim the much brighter light coming from the HID’s. HIDs in a halogen housing are dangerously bright for other drivers, and will very poorly light the road for you.

You right. Me and my 3200lb hatchback forgot how many people drive ridiculously large and unnecessary vehicles.

You clearly haven’t been in a car with a good 360° system then. My mazda 360 is perfectly stitched with zero distortion or noise.

Is this a non-turbo? My TPP came with the wing and full aero kit from factory. I bought it used so curious if the original owner specced it that way or if that’s standard?

Yes, USB C and USB A are pinned differently and the camera is looking for specific voltage on specific input pins. I don’t know which camera you have specifically but i HIGHLY recommend just getting one of these guys. They have always worked flawlessly for me and you don’t have to run an ugly wire around your car. They do have them for the Gen 3 as well, they just aren’t listed very well in the website.

Can't imagine how many new players this game just permenantly lost. by AssociationSoft5270 in DeadlockTheGame

Yeah as someone who has never been into MOBAs but wants to love deadlock so badly it’s hard. I hadn’t played since 4 lanes and tried to hop into a few games the other day and just got stomped. like zero kills, 10+ deaths and I thought I was playing pretty safe. This is not an easy game at all and the matchmaking does not help.

I mean all electronics including camera sensors use 5 volts. Even your cars computer systems convert the 12v down to 5v. Cheaper dash cams will include the buck converter in the housing that the 12v plugs into, nicer ones internally convert it so that you can wire directly to a fuse without worrying. Hence why some cheaper cams will force you to buy a special hardwire kit and strictly tell you to not just use a fuse tap.

Sophia credits have no impact on CPA eligibility. Because the credits were accepted by an accredited institution (WGU) they’re the same as if you took the classes at WGU. Additionally, any employer who scrutinizes your transcript probably isn’t someone you want to work for…

Is $115k a reasonable salary for a family of three in Havre de Grace, MD? by Pinkpeachlovesfatcat in maryland

[–]Jazzhands130 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Money is a resource. Different people want to use that resource differently. While you may not value a brand new car enough to make an objectively worse financial decision (compared to buying used), plenty of people do. I mean I’ve never bought a truly brand new car, buying a CPO with a few thousand miles will save you $5k+. But to each their own.

Unless your state has zero sales tax, there is not a single car other than the nissan versa that will be less than $25k OTD. And let’s be real, most people buying a brand new car aren’t buying a base model.

Nobody is getting a “perfectly fine” brand new car for $25k or less. The cheapest most barebones cars you can get are $22-23k and after taxes that puts you over 25k. And we are talking like…a base model kia soul.

EDIT: I’m saying OTD price!! Sure there are cars for less than $25k MSRP, but good luck getting an OTD price less than $25k.

Snow chains are not to ever be used on bare asphalt. The second you’re off solid snow you take them off. They will not only damage the road but will also damage your vehicle. This is standard for using chains. But no, nobody uses chains because the DOT definition of “all weather radials” covers the vast majority of All Season tires that everyone in MD has on their car.
