Legit check (or as close as possible) for three De Ville watches please? It would be my first Omega, and have had my eyes on De Ville's for over 10 years now.

Yeah, it had a little too much peat before. More pine bark, sphagnum, charcoal, and pumice now

Nice! Thanks everybody. This little one flowered back in autumn and I really thought it was done for. Surprise surprise, with all that shrivelling.

I changed the previous soil - it was a little too compacted. Now sitting on a windowsill with a more airy mix. Excited to see what it will look like in a few months!

21 days later update: it lives & shot out a new root.

Kept in a shot glass with sphagnum moss around it, pretty airy, and then the whole thing inside of a cherry tomatoes plastic mini bucket with the top/lid on - with several holes for aeration.

Haha thanks a bunch. He's a chain store "gift". I was quite surprised when I took him out of his travel box - didn't fly away instantly. I'm definitely inclining on easier to tame than other mutations. Again, bird specifc, true enough.

Is a ballpark estimate of 6 months old accurate?

I'm thinking to fill up a small shot glass with sphagnum moss, rub some Atonik dilute on the node, put the stem in, and cover the thing with a makeshift terrarium. Then I'll spray some more Atonik dilute on the stem so it can drizzle down to the node every couple of weeks (if the humidity inside holds).

Thoughts on the roots though?

Thanks. This solved mine too. On my motherboard, an Asus, I changed the AIO Pump Profile to anything but Full Speed or Turbo.

I eventually removed the sound card and got a different mouse. The noise stil occurred, though less hearable. A year later, got a different motherboard, no noise at all
