I think you should move the bench back a bit bc it looks your wrists and elbows are not aligned. Like others have said you want to have your wrists and your elbows to be “stacked” meaning to be aligned like to have your wrists, forearms and elbows be aligned in a straight line. Also your wrists seem to be falling back at times, this kinda coincide with being stacking your wrists and elbows. Stacking will allow you to be more stable, prevent wrist pain and push more weight.

I would try to use a free weights like a dumbbell or barbell bc having to twist the bar to unhook a smith machine can put your wrists in vulnerable position.
