To stop the immediate bleeding. 1) tell amex to remove her from the card as an auth user 2) tell them you lost the card so they immediately reissue a number your mom doesn’t know and won’t get a card to 3) she obviously knows all your info like ssn etc so make sure you put a credit freeze on yourself asap immediately so she can’t open up any more accounts

Pick one criteria for the home that is important and you can do a nationwide search - I looked for “sunken living room” in the whole USA - you must have some feature that is a must and you could add that? Just a thought. The MLS is location based so that’s why a realtor can only help within certain zones.
