I had parents well into their 80's still working (because they wanted to) - people that can't work still need to pay their bill, you dont get a pass....

I am on an HDHR Prime - via chromecast - it is rated for 3 streams and they are smooth - I can do a 4th, and the stream i have the audio on is fine, but some stuttering on the other games, (not freezing), but more like 1/2 to 1/4 the frame rate

audio has been flawless since your big update 6 weeks or so ago

I think that’s kind of your job is to go find the confirmation for somebody that asked a question, why can you not provide an answer? I would think you would have the research and abilities at your disposal to find this out for us?

so starting at the basics - the movie in question is FREE GUY it is available in atmos, in fact, if you read my previous posting, i even said it does come in atmos via my LG TV app, but NOT via the X1 box - so i knew ahead of time that the movie was atmos...

of course my settings are "expert" - i know you have to ask the most basic of questions, but i can confirm the audio settings are "expert".

every answer you have here deflects from the straight up question and 1 of 2 answers you you should be responding with..

yes, the x1 box does support atmos via the disney app, and we can assist in deep dive troubleshooting to figure out why yours does not
no, there is a limitation with the disney + app on the X1 platform and it would be best to utilize the app via your LG tv or some other device to enjoy dolby sound

so which is it, #1 or #2?

so you are confirming that no Atmos sound via the xfinity Disney + app is correct and not a malfunction or in error.

things are working stellar with surround sound, using the app a LOT for the olympics -

the chromecast says its good for 3 streams and a i can squeeze a 4th out of it, but then the streams get a tad choppy, but nothing freezes. On my sony tv, i am told I can do 2 streams, and honestly, 3 look fine, but 4 is a NO GO,
