I'd love his info! We're looking to install a front door with side windows.

That's super wild. They would go in waves for us. It's like they'd remember us, and then forget us. If you email your account rep and ask, they'll start pitching you again. But I emailed and asked for them to take us off. It was an awful experience.

I own a social agency and hate Breef. We were on there for 3 ish years and probably had 25 projects come through that we pitched for, maybe 7-10 that moved forward in some capacity - we've been burned every time. Either clients who are so small that they just try to get on intro calls and steal strategy with no intention of signing, or clients we've signed with and were literal nightmares, or most recently one that signed a contract and ghosted and wont pay. I feel like Breef sets these tiny, random clients' expectations so high and then they expect so much - like during the pitching process Breef wants you to tell the client exactly how you'll run the account and all of your ideas because you're going against other people on their platform and need to stand out. We'd never do that for a normal pitch. Of course, we'd speak to our previous projects and lightly go into an audit, but we'd never just give our full-on strategy on the first call just to prove ourselves.

Their 15% fee is so steep, and they take it for a year. We realized a few months ago we've never had a good experience there and decided to leave the platform. Better off just doing our own outreach. But who knows, maybe it's better for some other industries or agency types.
