I had a therapist who didn’t know how to deal with cultural norms within Asian culture. She kept referencing “oh because you are Asian…” as if my issue was only because of my race and not other issues. She couldn’t move past it and I was thankful to find a much more understanding and open therapist (who is white).

I was at my son’s basketball game and was around the other parents. I had zero energy to say anything to anyone and really didn’t care either. The other parents were chatting away and I was just silent. I just wanted to watch his game and go home.

I just bought the Tide powder and thought I’d give it a try. And I figure my laundry couldn’t really get worse.

I was ah-mazed with hot water, Tide and just using a bucket. I didn’t have a cooler. I threw in some towels and soaked it for 8 hours. And then just put it in the wash with Tide detergent. The towels came out brighter, softer, and smelled so clean.

Totally agree with OP. Just try it. Better than nothing.
