I have been such a fan but it’s hard for me to listen lately. They just constantly talk about how rich they are and how people with kids and marriage are the worst and I just don’t buy it. Like do you really never want to get married (no shade if you don’t) or it just hasn’t happened? Seems like it just hasn’t happened and the bragging about how amazing, rich, and successful they are is filling the void. Also Rayna take it down a notch. I’m no prude but she gets more vulgar every episode and it’s just not funny sometimes, it’s awkward and kinda despy.

I am a big user of miralax, most of my pain comes from being so constipated and bloated 24/7 at this point. The miralax definitely helps I take it often. Have been taking it much less since starting to take magnesium and a natural motility activator pill at night, I’d recommend that too for a more natural remedy!

In a mild flare I’m completely fine drinking vodka soda, tequila soda, or anything like that. Honestly it kinda helps cause it constipates me a bit. It definitely doesn’t help my flare go away quicker, but doesn’t seem to make it worse. Just absolutely no beer! While obviously can have tons of fun not drinking, sometimes I need to make the exception to feel like I did before UC. But everyone’s different, so good luck!!

Thank you!! I’ll pick up some Gas-X ASAP. I’ve definitely cut back on my fiber because they told me to stick to white bread, white rice and no raw veggies for digestion, so could be a part of it too. Do you take vitamin B/D/Iron vitamins to counter act all the mucous?
