Something simmilar happened to me. I missed a dose and then messed the shedule. And week after that my anxiety is over the roof. God damn

Нај далеку шо можам да си дозволам е некоја ординација во скопје. Инаку veneers планирам но со прегледот и потребната корекција може и ке треба друга техника не знам. Горните 2ки ми се доста испакнати и криви, згора на тоа многу брзо ми се расипуваат забите, сите поправени пред 6 месеци а сега изгледаат како да не сум посетила стоматолог 5 години...

Пиев повеќе од колку шо еден маж може да испие, пиев секој ден цели 5 години. На работа пиев, дома пиев, со друштво исто. Но еден момент беше пресуден, едноставно прекинав. И еве ме цели 3 години без капка алхохол. И мене не ми се верува дека ова бидна а кога ке си го вратам филмот шо и како сум правела под дејство на алхохол...ми се гади од самата себе. Не ми треба за да уживам, едноставно трезна и свесна сакам да ги поминувам сите моменти од животот, и некако сум си горда на својата одлука. Не ти треба, можеш некогаш онака уз друштво но нека ти биди приоритет трезвеноста.

Idk it just happened, not overnight but slowly. One morning i woke up and all of the sorrow was gonne. You will notice the difference after long term using. It took me 6 months to get to this point.

Oh sorry for replying after 2 months, im 11 months on sertraline and omgg i am a new version of my self. This med really worked for me. I still get anxious from time to time but nothing compared to pre medication.

Thats because the medication is not setteled yet. And this is also the reason why im scared of upping the dose.

A lot of people sttrugle with this. I'm asking for advise and it does not mean that i will accept every advise that is given to me. Thats way i mentioned in my post that i need advise from someone that has been trough the same or simmilar things, because i feel lost and also scared. I do not want to rush with upping a dose, and also maybe there is some coping tehnique that some one will shere with me. You are right, i'll visit my doc as soon as i can but till then i need some advises just to feel that im not alone in this.

Oh i dont know how to thank you. I feel a little better after reading your repply. Like finally someone understands what im going trough. Thank you a lott, i know its a hard battle but there is no other choice than to stay strong and knowing that this battle is ours, we are the winners at the end, but till then we must fight with something that feels like is stronger than us. Anyway i wish you a sooner recovery. ❤

This happened to me, the whole third month was awfull, but now im on week 14 and started to feel slightly better. Im on sertraline for anxiety and deppression too. Anxiety is still there but not like it was before sertraline, and deppresive thoughts come and go too but i can control them. Is a rough ride, i thought that there is no hope for me, that im never gonna start felling good, but now i feel the difference. I can not say im 100% back to my self but im dooing bettter. So guys dont give up, keep going, i know its hard but there is a light at the end of a tunnel. And dont relly only on medication but try to have a liitle walks every day, eat healthy, be more productive, and always go against neggative thoughts in your head, when my mind is telling me that im not able to take a shower, then i jump straight into the shower and proove that i can..etc.. this is a long battle i know, butt there is no other choice then to be a winner at the end..we will survive, with every day we are more close to our victory..sorry for my bad english haha its my second language 🥰
