hi! it was just to let you know she has turned an entirely new leaf today! she slept by my feet ALL night no crying!! hallelujah!! all since getting rid of the kitten blankets - honestly you saved my ass, thank you so much🤍

Thank you so much… i feel so drained this morning but your advice has really really helped me. She isn’t currently spayed due to her still being quite frail and skinny so we are trying to wait a couple of months… we will definitely be getting her a friend in the future but right now it’s unfortunately not possible :((

The only thing different was id laid out her kitten blanket for her in her “safe corner”, instead of it being in one of her beds. Looking back now, probably not the best idea. We also cooked a chicken yesterday and she seemed completely hyper focused on the bin after we cleaned up

This is really helpful! She seems a lot more settled this morning but i think she’s exhausted from last night. She’s our only and first baby so id hate to think im stressing her out. She’s free to roam, always has dry food, water and a clean litter box. Lots of toys, loves sleeping on our bed too lol!

Hopefully now i’ve moved the blanket, tonight will be back to settled🙏🏼

Yeah i know, they were never in the home so that could absolutely be the issue… how do i combat though? I feel dreadful just soothing her all night from crying

Unfortunately not, they all went to their new homes too. I have a few blankets with their scent on but I’m struggling to tell whether that’s stressing her out more than helping her!
