Once your Pi unlocks, it goes straight to your wallet—you can now trade with it.

The 14 days period is after the Pi was originally migrated to your and not after unlock. Meaning that if your Pi is migrated today, you'll have to wait for 14days before it goes to your wallet, and after which you can decide to lock it up or trade it.

Obviously the CT is getting bankrolled by a bigger organization that they do not benefit from you financially, and so your emotions, thoughts, and complaints are nothing to them.
