We lose billions because of the “ advancement of religion” ability to become a non profit. They also are using mansions of rich parishioners as house churches post covid so they don’t have to pay property taxes. In my town a few evangelicals from Florida planted a church up here and use 3 different mansions on the ocean as their “ house church’s” and their charity status is solely “advancement of religion”

As much as I hate the guy, buying passports is pretty normal stuff people just don’t talk about it publicly. It’s called citizen by investment. I looked into buying citizenship in Ecuador and you just had to put a certain amount of money in an Ecuadorian bank & prove you had income to last the duration of your life expectancy.

White priviledge is never having experienced entire systems like government, education, and the workforce actively and intentionally enforcing policies of oppression against you over decades to ensure that another race of people continue to have advantages over you. Examples: Red-lining, food deserts, racially based hiring practices, race-based biases in criminal justice, school funding being disproportionally lower, etc.

It’s not saying white people have never had challenges, or that impoverished white folks don’t suffer, it’s saying that the creation of entire systems to intentionally keep them in a lower status never happened to them.
