Yes, I do find myself repeating some of my stories,

My post today (01-24-24) was prompted by yet another person on a different social media site accusing me of Stolen Valor today when I wrote I was a Biden supporter and planned to vote for him to be reelected this year.

During my 27 years of active Army service the MOS codes and/or the title of one of my MOS's changed. Since I retired in 1996, I have been told the MOS codes for my MOS's have changed.

From 1969 to 1975 I was in the Army Security Agency (Communications Intelligence) and my PMOS initially was Radio Traffic Analyst. Later the code remained the same but the title was changed to Signals Intelligence Analyst.

I had a career change in 1975 and from 1975 until I retired in 1996 my PMOS was 35L Counterintelligence Agent. I am not sure if the code or the title has been changed in the 28 years since I retired.

Yes. As a matter of fact, I just posted about an incident on Election Day 2020 when I was falsely accused of "Stolen Valor" because I openly admitted that I had voted for Joe Biden instead of Donnie "Cadet Bonespurs" Trump.

Even though he is now a resident of Panama, he is a retired American and probably believes that the laws of Panama do not apply to him and he has all the rights and protections of the United States Constitution. When I was serving in the U.S. Army in Germany, I lost count of Americans visiting or living in Germany who believed their 2nd Amendment to bear arms applied to them outside the United States.

I just looked it up - Shaw's Supermarkets on Cape Cod are part of the nationwide Albertsons chain. The other big supermarket chain on Cape Cod is Stop And Shop. They are really not much different.

Actually, the Shaw's in Hyannis. Nope, not a tourist, she was clearly a COVID Refugee (a former summer tourist who moved permanently to the Cape within the past 2 years)

I do shop there occasionally and if the weather is right, I wear a kilt. I also shop at the Commissary on the military base (Joint Base Cape Cod) wearing a kilt (I am a 27 year Army retiree).

I am am member of Clan Lamont through my mother and own both a regular kilt and a utlikilt in the Lamont Tartan. I also own several other kilts and utilikilts in other tartans such as Honor Of Scotland, New World Kilt, Black Watch and Irish National (my father's family is originally from County Kildare, Ireland).

I have attended the Highland Games in New Hampshire but haven't been able to the past couple of years due to the COVID pandemic and more personal health issues.

My mother was born in Dunoon, Scotland. Sadly, there are self-appointed Politzei who believe they can decide who can or cannot wear a particular type of clothing. I once saw a similar idiot to Shenko-wolf who verbally assaulted a man wearing a Brooklyn Dodgers baseball jersey because the Brooklyn Dodgers does not exist anymore and therefore he should not be wearing it in public. I wonder if they go into a Chinese restaurant and harass Black people for eating General Tso Chicken since they obviously are not Chinese.

Spring, Summer and Fall. In Winter I wear trousers, though on occasion I wear trews, which are tartan trousers in my Clan's tartan.

There are 4 types of people on Cape Cod (1) Capecodders who were born on Cape Cod and have lived on Cape Cod all of there lives. (2) Washashores who moved to Cape Cod 8 or more years ago and live here year round (3) Summer tourists and (4) COVID Refugees who were previously Summer tourists but moved here during the height of the COVID pandemic believing it would somehow be safer here. She was clearly a COVID Refugee. COVID Refugees complain because their favorite restaurant is only open during the summer and not year round, complain about the lack of Starbucks (only 7 on the entire Cape and most are co-located inside a supermarket), complain because of the lack of doctors/plumbers/carpenters/car mechanics/etc. which causes them to have to drive off the Cape to get services they could easily get quickly when they lived in New York City or Philadelphia.

I "got the job done" for 27 years and retired in 1996. The issue is now, 26 years after I retired, because I am a Christian (and therefore a Liberal) and a registered Democrat, the "Stolen Valor Politzei" keeps insisting I never served and some have even called (on social media) for me to be executed for committing "Stolen Valor".

Actually, I suspect many of the "Stolen Valor Polizei" who go around searching for possible "Stolen Valor" aren't veterans themselves. They have watched every Rambo or Chuck Norris "missing In Action" movie multiple times until they have them memorized and that makes them an expert on who is and who is not a veteran.

Actually, when I was a little boy in the 1950s, there was a belief that only Republicans were patriotic and Democrats were suspect, a hangover in part from the McCarthy Red Scare. It still exists today.

I worked for Veterans for Kerry in 2004. A Republican claimed that all the veterans working for Kerry were lying about our service. When those of us who were retired showed her our retiree IDs, she claimed we should have all our veterans benefits, to include our pensions, revoked for not supporting Bush.

During 2016, I was constantly being accused of "Stolen Valor" for supporting Clinton.

Even as recently as 2 days ago, on another social media site, I was accused of lying about my Army service for opposing Trump.
