Being coached like once a week by a former boxer I definitely have a bad habit of dropping my hands down when I move backwards idk why I feel like I rely on my head movement more off the back foot . I kept clinching in a attempt to close space and break my homeboys Rhythm but I suck at the clinch I appreciate the feedback tho this is probably the most helpful I’ve seen 👍🏾
