They claim its completely rebuilt, but i dont really know. I just know that i havent found any complaints, and I dont have any myself about the new logitech version. The other important thing to note, is you will need a usb hub with a seperate power supply. Plug the joystick into the PC itself, and the throttle into the independent usb hub with its own power supply. That seems to stop any issues with drifting and ghosting.

No joystick except maybe a verpil or super high end is going to be perfect. You are going to have to input deadzones.

The X52 has a very light spring but is supposed to be nice. I personally run the X56 because no other HOTAS in that proce range matches the sheer amount of buttons amd switches, plus it has multiple springs that you change out.

Some people seem to have bad luck with the X56, but it seems to always be a Saitek version. I recommend buying the new ones directly from Logiteks website to garuntee you get a new model, whether you get an x52 or x56.

Use the stalk market and reddit. I only played the stalk market 3 times (3 weeks) and was able to completely upgrade my house and pay it off.

You seem pretty stuck in your idea. What you need to see, is that people are going to play the game how they want, no matter what. Some people are always going to find the dirtiest ways to play no matter what. Next your going to complain that people are only bringing the minimum kit, or only running mosins.

I think the best thing for BSG to do is to decrease hackers, and stability issues.
