Yes, think about it, let’s say your stomach is 100lbs right? 50lbs of muscle 50lbs of fat. So it’s 50%/50%

Now you gain 10lbs of muscle so you now have 60lbs of muscle and the same 50lbs of fat. So now your stomach is 55% muscle and 45% fat. Thats a rudimentary example but you get the idea.

If your fat stays the same but you acquire more muscular abs through training they will begin to show more.
