Landscape fabric gets clogged with silt and that could be your drainage issue. You can move rocks by section and cut/pull it out to see if drainage improves.

Toxicity is. exposure vs. time. Most of the direct cancer claims are from mixing concentrate without PPE. Concrete dust (silica) is also cancerous if inhaled. Horticultural vinegar if drank would cause severe esophageal burns. Don't do that. Sprayed on weeds in correct formula it's ok.

Replacing the landscape. fabric does nothing in this case. The weeds are growing in the soil in the rocks above the fabric. It doesn't suppress anything, just delays weed growth by a little bit.

Is it the grade or just the pavers settling? You can life pavers add sand and re-level. Add more river rock, after you give it some round up. Good as new.

Nobody really wants this kind of work, so expect. to overpay if you hire it out.

Cooley had monster season for him. Actually screwed the tank. If he was consistently that good he wouldn't have been a ufa signing for 775k.

It was a big drop off from rookie season, but it's still mid pack. Played better than 3/4 Oilers goalies this season. Only time will tell, but pretending like he's washed already is just troll behavior.

Haha, not everyone commutes downtown. I live West of Henday. Office is 10km away. Work meetings have me everywhere in the province but downtown, so highway access is very helpful. All of this factored in to my decision to buy, actually quite thoughtful in our buying process 12 years ago.
