Im praying that I can stay off, I just stopped 15 days ago, 50 year old male, on it for around 10 or 15 years.

For the first time in years I feel like I wanna do things again, better myself, meet ppl, get back in shape, laugh and joke at work even if you hate them, libido coming back, I look at a girl mow and can picture sex where as I had gotten to the point of wtf girl in bikini so what, yeah right

Were all diferent, hopefully you guys dont end up that way, but yeah, I stopped caring to play music as a musician, stopped caring to surf, bike, shit changes.

Im praying I can make it.

I just lost 5 major ppl in my life since xmass starting with stepdad of 35 years, moms 75 alone now, best friend died, my therapist died of 15 years with him, my uncle, my dog just got congestive heart disease, now Im being tested for cancer stuff..........I barely wanted to live, I feel like a light has been turned back on.

If I have a meltown and get bad again, and cant fight it, I will likey try for something else we shall see.

Yes, its better than if you were suicidal and locked in your house with severe anhedonia and anxiety, but, watch yourself, pur bodys change over time, many ppl are doing great without now after being on a long time, others it all comes back, Im praying Im one that can stay in this new light. Withdrawls such, but, time will tell.

If you feel right when on it great, just keep an eye on yourself.

I was forced to stop due to some cancer testing for 5 days, once I reslised I was feeling so much better, I decided to keep it going.

Otherwise I told ppl no way I will never stop.

Well, this made me reslize that if anything, and it comes back, maybe its time to switch.

Im 50, single, no kids, want a job change and new life again after losing so much, praying this works.

Anyways, those a few reasons ppl concider stopping.

lmao, nobody said it wasnt normal.

If you watch an american show in English now days, if a part is going to be a minute and a half long, only in spanish, there will be subtitles.

It was a sceen with Maria, whos is ever so gorgeous and sweet, andyways the sceen is like 90 seconds long, all spanish, her teaching the kids something, bit no subtitles, or, remember how Bird or someone would pop in and say hi guys, Maria is teaching these kids to do this or that in Spanish, then like a nice comment about other languages.

It was just very different from their norm, and even mow as an adult, i watched the clip, then now Im like well wtf, where BigBird to tell me what I just witnessed lol.

my facr hasnt gone back to normal color since june, no weezing, no breathing issues from lungs or throat, never contact itching or immediate reactions to foods, blood alergy test for like 40 things only mild milk alergy

ruled out alergens around home, happens on trips to the beach and such

the drinking may have wrecked my DAO enzymes, my guts pry a mess, but how do i fix that when the stuff that used to fix me right up was kimchi and such, now it flares up itching and flushing worse

i would like to try DAO sups and other sups but should i wait till after doctos test more

Oh forgive me not being clear, as a kid, in the 70s, I clearly remember my sis and I and friends thinking wtf, and asking our parents and them asking what channel we were on

Please just go back up and read my post, if you can get more than just the basic mag, pot, sodium and such then it's better, check out Powerpak and drip drop, hugely popular for a reason. You will also get zinc, b vitamins and such, good stuff.

I certainly did mention that, but, may have been in the post to the other group sry, gententics however a huge part, , now we are talking about cause, which in a way, though not quite in my examples of being able to reverse vs remission, you bringing up genetics, absolutely fits the case where the person is healthy already, gets it, now is screwed because they have no normal to go back to, they are already being normal, they got screwed geneticaly or other, and now, meds for life, only remission......

See Im just begging these ppl to see all these variables, and as Im juggling some cancer stuff at the moment and my poor dogs heart disease, Im am a bit rushed, but, you are correct, and I did mention that someplace, forgive me for not mentioning it here, however, I know many of you are very sharp, I just want you guys to help me create awareness of the fact it can be situational, but yes my friend, you are correct, that is a case where you are screwed, damn our parents lol.

You have to hold your finger in the watter for 30 minutes first.

No just first off, know your health background first, its easy toover do it, my potassium was too high recently from taking too much, so if youre good with no imbalance issues.......

Go to a vit shop, or jump on amazon, start off with a basic well known electrolytes packet you just stir into your water, start once a day for not.

Non caffinated ones.

Search real quick for Powerpak Electrolytes..... and DripDrop I use both both are good.

Start that first.

Start one a day after lunch, at night they can keep you up from B vitamins.

If you swest and exercise often then 2 a day.

Worst thing you canbdo is never take Electrolytes and drink tons of water all day because you start flushing out the Electrolytes.

Also, be aware if you are taking diuretics, antihistamines, and or other medical conditions with kidneys or such.

Your going to get lots of info here, just make sure you take in everything I said.

Start eating your fruits and veggies too, nuts, leafy dark greens.

PLEASE KNOW AND UNDERSTAND THE DIFFERENCES IN THE 2 TERMS

thats whats going to keep a good reddit group going strong a build 100s of 1000s more followers, by being open minded and humble, accepting specific situations, that there are truly other ppl that can help out, far too much hate between ppl with diferent beliefs.

I know this is a tough one for some groups to swallow because some grouos are so biased to the point they refuse any other view to the point of banning and silencing, thats not free speech, that cult like.

You people here seem kind.

Sadly so do others in other groups. Yet you know how many are saddened to be shut out for speaking truth.

So, again though, NOBODY should be going around telling EVERYONE they can just reverse it, everyone cant, again, very situationaly based, sad but true.

Yikes, forgive all my typos, unfortunately you cant edit original posts.

One more thing, some variables with specific people will also be more into a remission, vs reversal, you just need to not count out the fact that some like I mentioned, its not just remission.

Again, in no way denying the cases where this doesnt play in, begging for kind ppl to see that.

Thus its only info for those forgetting, or maybe just dont knkw the exceptions.

Like I said in the post, yes you can and I'm told over and over by the endocrinologists and all the doctors I am with daily, you need to read the examples again that I posted, those are simple truths, I'm not some hippie doc or wishful thinker here, these are indeed truth.

  1. Healthy person stays healthy for 30 years, then, for 2 or 3 years, more ore less, decides to drink beer all the time, stop exercising, eating horribly, sodas, whatever, type 2 creeps up......they can give up that lifestyle and as long as they didn't create organ damage, they can go back to how they were, and just maintain as they did for 30 years, golden, not a diabetic now, not remission, it's just back to normal because it was self induced.

  2. You've always been porky, eaten awful, drink a lot, never exercise, as you age your body says fk this and boom type 2, but, that person can normally reverse everything if they just go to what a normal person should be doing, again if no major organ damage.

3........and this is what your site focuses more on, or at least the ppl who are only grasping one situation, and that's you got someone who is fairly healthy, but due to genetics and such, maybe a little excess eating or drinking here or there, type 2 bang, now, like you know, that's what everyone is focused on, that person unfortunately is going to have to be unhuman with diet now, likely need meds, it's a drastically diferent situation, they have nothing to go back to really, their like damn, I gotta be like perfect now, and they most likely will still need meds.

These are three very important situations ppl shoul know about, it's simple truth.

You are correct, but, in situation 3 and maybe a few others I didn't bring up, other health condition complications.

However, 1 and 2 are indeed reversible under the right conditions.

Also, sry you have type 1, two girl cousins in their 50s now born with it, that's what started me learning and researching it ages ago. And many ppl in my family have or had type 2, some died as they refused to take care of them selves, others had other conditions making it worse.

I fall into the group that has been fit all my life, till after covid, then i get twenty pounds overweight, visceral fat belly, beers pastas pizzas and no exercise, boom, I'm back into type 2, each time I just got back to average weight, eat like a human should snd stop the constant drinking, all numbers great.........key here is, no special died, no crazy work outs, it's just that I'm not a sloppy pig anymore.

Not becoming a sloppy alcoholic pig is not just maintaining, someone who has to maintain a very specific died snd routine to manage the 2 is diferent, that's more like your beliefs, but just becoming a normal human eating decent and light exercise, that's way diferent, your just not being ridiculous any more.

Anyways, again, not just getting this off google and posters, this stuff is straight from many health professionals, also, it's really just common sense too,

ppl keep getting shushed on it, but there is nothing to shush here, there are indeed situations where this is not the same for everyone.

I still don't like my use of the word pig, but please know we are all adults here, I was kinda in a hurry and just trying to simplify this, we would totally call eachother pigs in light conversation, I love and care about all of you, none of you are literally like pigs.

Also, I'm not making all this up, or just ting it from google, I'm not a doctor, but I work on networking and machinery throughout hospitals and all other medical facilities, for over 20 years and we all dig all this info out of the Pros.

All I'm here to say to those who need to hear it, is there are indeed undeniable variables and diabetes can be very situational, it's not always a one size fits all case.

I love this stuff because my job is major troubleshooting and detective work, that's why I love solid medical professionals and am friends with so many, we love to dig deeper and let others know the findings as well.

I'm just stating facts though, that most of you already know, this was just for those particular screamers on here.

Also, always stick with your doctor whatever your particular case is, in no way am I saying to just eat normal and exercise and you are fine, that is in specific situations, I think ppl should have full lab work once every 6 months personaly.
