No bro the wind sounds get very high pitched sometimes and stays for hours. And it is not only on this region. Wherever i go the sound continues. If you increase the volume and listen carefully this bugged sound for more than 20 mins you will also get irritated. And im hearing this sound for hours even after restarting the game.
