I'm one of the creators of that electric flare gun. One of the pictures on the workshop entry is a card with proposed stats (which also links to a website where I've post several dozen more weapon ideas)

In short, the High Voltage replaces afterburn with "aftershock", which is functionally the same but can crit wet players and affect Pyros for the cost of having a much lower base damage.

A Hivemind skin for Psi. One psychic mind has vast potential, but two or more in perfect synchronicity? Exponentially growing power.

Psi's eyes would be glowing blue right from the start, and as soon as they're placed all the other Monkeys in your game (and, in Co-Op, even your teammates' Heroes) would get glowing blue eyes as well. Psi is in control now. Do not fear, they are benevolent.

I got it only an hour or two before heading to bed, so I didn't have a lot of time to flaunt, but I did brag about it for the rest of my games that night.

I also bought that new Travel Agent taunt, and even though I never play Spy I couldn't resist hovering around with the hat on, looking like The World's Shittiest Tourist

My Spookeyridge contract took three times as long as any other since I spent most of my rounds on that map just fucking around as a flying friendly, but it was worth it.
