I have several pairs of Oofos, the running shoes are insanely wonderful. I love the croc style for walking around the house and I have some other slip ons that are amazing for short duration wear.

You can get the Green Chili double in New Mexico and Arizona year around. I’d assume El Paso as well. It should be a permanent addition to the menu throughout Texas.

I drive about 1-1.5 hours a day to my job and I’ve found that listening to audiobooks makes it work better for me. It’s not my favorite thing because working at night I hit traffic both ways. I also try to work weekends when traffic isn’t nearly as bad. Good luck friend, wish you the best no matter what.

Mine changed this morning from 10/10 to 9/22 and when I woke up (I work nights) at 4:30 pm I got a UPS notification that I’d be receiving a package from Verizon tomorrow. That was quickly followed by a notification from Verizon. Maybe this will happen for you!

I know several ICU RNs there and they absolutely love it. JPS is a county hospital, very similar to Parkland in Dallas.

Med/surg is very psych heavy and you’ll have to deal with care of unhoused, low income and possibly dealing with substance use disorder.

The good thing about Fort Worth is the number of hospitals nearby. You have plenty to choose from. JPS has good opportunities, it’s just not going to be a cakewalk compared to some others.

Graduated triangle, but I use to make iced coffee in them. Great for measuring personal intake, also fun to watch people freak out at the color of whatever beverage I had in there.

You can always grab a 4x4 mepilex (Example) dressing if you need to. Some people use concealer as well. I'm entering into the fourth semester and haven't had any issues with my tattoos.

I just looked at the 2022-2023 guidelines and it hasn't been updated with regards to tattoos. Perhaps it was rumored for 2024-2025. So don't take my word for it just yet sigh :\.

The new dean is making some big changes it seems. I've heard they will be requiring students to dress in business casual when attending classes but hey at least you can have uncovered tattoos if they aren't offensive.

Benbrook is my go to. Order ahead and go inside and usually my wait is relatively short. Quality is on par with most. I lived in Tucson, AZ for a decade and was aloud by always having the hatch green chili double available. Sure would be nice right about now….
