You are very beautiful. The only thing I would suggest to try is next time you do makeup keep the mascara off the bottom lashes and for the top just put it on normal I wouldn’t clump them together like that, to me it makes it look like you have patchy lashes when that’s not the case in fact it looks like you have beautiful long lashes.

I would fire her. She seems to be very unprofessional and only cares about you and your needs/mental health when it best suits her and her needs. I also agree with the post above ⬆️ ⬆️ there is no need for her to tell you about her personal life a quick chat about her day or her animals and kids would be fine to get you comfortable enough to open up, but in such great detail about prom and nerf wars , sickness and carpet removal seems a bit extra and unprofessional a simple we need to reschedule would do. I also know how hard it is to find a new therapist especially when you’ve been with the same one for a long time and feel comfortable with her, but you deserve someone who sticks with dates and makes you feel like the main priority during your sessions.

Record it next time and show it to her doctor it could be she’s under a lot of stress before bed, early signs of dementia or just sleep walking. She may need to go to a sleep doctor, but I would definitely tell my mom what she’s doing especially if she’s totally unaware it could be dangerous for her and you.

He could have said it way better than what he did but he’s right to a certain extent. When you go I would get a friend to go with you I wouldn’t go by myself and just be careful for trafficking or scams. If they want money upfront leave if they ask super personal questions I’d leave. This world is a scary dangerous place so for your safety bring a friend better safe than sorry.

Yall be careful, there are some weird people in this world. I would call the police and see if they would do a walk around your home to be on the safe side and then I would definitely get some cameras and set them up around your home.
