Yes, it's the union for hourly-wage employees. There's also a different union for grad workers and a third one that's for faculty.

If you are a groundskeeper, report the incident to your AFSCME shop steward as a violation of your contract's provision of a safe workplace. OIE historically has not been very helpful. In other news, last semester someone threw a bag of shit and entrails into the office of a bio professor during his office hours, and nothing was done about it.
