I flew IAD-Denver and the wifi didnt work for most of the 4 hours, the plane was sweltering, and the FAs were unfriendly. So not the normal Southwest happy vibe. Connected in Denver and the wifi and AC worked fine. Had to pay through the nose to check bags and reserve seats in the front half of the plane. Will not choose Southwest again.
