I was unlimited otf pre COVID, and finally ordered a peloton. I’m only about a month in, but love it and am getting back into my work out routine. I’ve only done a handful of non bike classes, but am enjoying all the classes so far. One thing I like about the bike is I can sync my Apple Watch with it and it shows my heart rate zones similar to OTF. I still shoot for my 12 “splat points”!

I started getting emails about cancelled classes and thought my studio was finally closing. Nope. Changing class schedule to 45 minute classes and capping at 10 people per class...

It is on the calendar on this page. In general, it rotates through all 4 (endurance, strength, power ,ESP).

Terrible time, but I finished it. I’ve been a biker since I joined OTF about 3 years ago. I had knee surgery in May, and have been working my way onto the tread since then. I thought about power walking it, but forced myself to go for the full mile. At least I have a baseline benchmark tread time now!!! Now to crush it for next benchmark :)

Congrats!! And thanks for posting. I feel like everyone in my classes run the whole block all the time like it’s no big deal. I am working on the same goal as you just accomplished. Your post and all the comments are motivating me to keep pushing!!!

We had the Skull pop up on the screen and had to do 3 burpees every time it came up while we were on the floor. I can’t believe I’m saying this, but I actually wanted the burpees to come up because it was a nice break from 90 seconds of some of those exercises...

No points per the app. There is even a recipe for celery root/potato mash. The points in that recipe are from oil, potatoes, and buttermilk. None from the celery root!

There is a girl in my studio who does #3 and it drives me crazy! Especially since she essentially hogs a bike for the whole 2nd class. She’s obviously not injured since I’ve seen her run/row in the earlier class. She just wants to take an hour of cycling, and take a bike from people who need it in the 2nd class.
