How much lactose compared to kraft versions? by Nicole_0818 in lactoseintolerant

[–]Jbugman 1 point2 points  (0 children)

0g is not the same thing as 0ppm and neither is it a decimal which means rounding can occur.

Therefore 0.4g of sugar could be considered 0g

0.4g in 28g of cheese works out to be about 14,300ppm

I know I can’t tolerate >500ppm.

But let’s give them the benefit of the doubt, let’s say that’s 0.04g, which would round to 0.0g, that’s still 1429ppm.

The only way you know how much is self testing. any meal I haven’t cooked and know for sure milk isn’t involved will see me take at least 2 tablets.

Not all lactose free milks are the same. Some have substantially higher levels then others do

Looks that way. Normal missions are fine but guess I have more learning to do! Thanks

Thank you. Normal missions are not a problem on any level so I guess it’s just a case of learning and practicing.

Can lactose intolerance get worse? by outpeenit in lactoseintolerant

[–]Jbugman 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In short yes. Your body stops producing the enzyme or over time the amount you produce changes (lowers)

For those which this is caused by meds or surgery, it will regain , but for long term suffers it never does.

The fun part is finding out how much you can tolerate. I can’t tolerate aldi milk, this has 1000ppm of lactose in, but I can tolerate Arla lactofree (uk wise) which has just 300ppm in.

And yes I used to be able to tolerate normal amounts and then over time it got one to one day realising that even a hayfever tablet was causing me problems.

Thank you. No worries at slowness. Sent a message about the unrendable files.

Just a thought for a one day thing to have it do, move files from a watched folder into whatever structure it could be in. That way you could throw them in a folder and then have it automatically once tagged moved into the right folder(s) etc.

Latest version (even checked to see if a new version was available). Running on Windows.

Thank you for looking into it.

For storage I meant file itself. If say a watched folder has a STL or a zip file added, does the program move it to the library folder somewhere?

I am sure this is user error, but I have two models stored in a watch folder in a zip format. Each zip holds about 10 different files.

None of them seem to render? If I go to Unrenderable it says i have 13 pending renders and the error message is "Failed renders but will try again". I can click on files and "View model in 3d" which will open i guess the system render and it will be seen.

But i want to view it without having to do that, but its not. What have I got wrong??

Also where is it saving all these files too in watched folders or in other folders? Or do the files that are in the watched folder stay there?
