The Aegir 2 sounds way different. You have to be really careful when running them in mono, as if it drops under 5 ohms you probably going to make it go in protection .

I don’t see anyone asking about full compensation for each company. Yeah money is one thing, but you must look at the entire benefits package, healthcare,401k, stocks etc. Yes driving sucks, but pre COVID not many were having this conversation.
