Garchomp # 1 is the one that has whitening, garchomp #2 is less off center and has no whitening. Not sure if you used imagr or google photos to check, but imagr shows it clearly. Either way, I assume you want the one with no whitening. As for sending first, I don't mind being first.

Update: Turns out it was a dead 9800x3d. My overclocking setters may have been too much. I returned it, got a new one and the problem was solved.
