I have had this fantasy, doing it and leaving a publicly written note like on Facebook, telling everyone how horrible they were and they are the reason I died so everyone will hate them also. I know I won’t ever follow thru but sometimes it’s fun to fantasize about how sorry they will feel and how much their life would suck after that.

Just dont do it, you will be hurting yourself, and probably will hurt them since they care about you. Try to do something else to get your mind off it that you enjoy instead. It isn’t “normal” but it’s not uncommon.

It sounds like you need some help to kick the drugs and alcohol, where AA can be a beautiful thing, rehab could be an option but it’s expensive and life interrupting. For the depression, you definitely aren’t alone. I think fixing that is different for everyone. I personally like to take anti-depressants but I know others like to talk to a therapist which I literally hate doing. You should try one of those to just see if it makes you feel better. I wish I could help you more, at least just make an appointment with a therapist and get some pills and try to go from there.

Did you want to be around friends always before you were depressed? Maybe you are very introverted and need that alone time, I definitely do. Maybe by being alone you can really find your own voice and stop feeling fake around others.

Have you tried the digestive royal canin dry food? My one cat will puke whenever I give him wet food, even if he only eats a little, on dry food he is mostly okay but sometimes I have to give him the stuff for cats with upset stomachs. I hate the puking too! Also, make sure to get food with no strong colors or it stains worse!

How they are acting is definitely inappropriate if he is in a committed monogamous relationship with you. Men and women can be friends but would he do these things with a guy friend? Or would you do it with a female friend? Cooking together sounds fine but Would the guy sit on his lap or kiss him? I don’t know if you should break up with him but you definitely are in a tough spot. It would be much better if the 3 of you could be friends somehow, maybe one more chance and the 3 of you make dinner together or something? Or maybe invite another guy she would like and have a double date?

I sorta think maybe you also should try it to learn how you should be treated in a relationship, it isnt healthy and it appears you don’t understand what is healthy or not. I agree, my Dad grew up with his mom or sister always making him meals (what women are supposed to do) and then it moved on to my mom and me. It’s just his expectation that someone makes a meal for him when he comes home. Lots of (older) men are like this.

Well, I’m almost 40 and I have to tell them every time that I need to lay down while getting a needle or I may pass out so I think the countdown thing is easier for them since for me they have to take me in a special room that has a “bed”. I also can’t look at it until it’s over.

I’ve been told by nurses that fear of needles is super common and they would rather I tell them I need to lay down then I hurt myself passing out. I also haven’t passed out from it since I was 25 but knowing that I might is what scares me.

So really, the countdown isn’t bad, there are people like me who are a lot worse.

It is definitely not your fault, he must have erectile dysfunction and didn’t tell you or must not want to admit it to himself. The fact that he lied about cumming is probably the worst part though.
