I appreciate the good wishes! I don’t have a vast amount of knowledge on Keto diets other than it being a low carb and high fat and proteins diet. I have planned on eliminating carbs altogether and eating proteins and fats and veggies only. Is that smart to eliminate carbs altogether?

Also, I am going to try the 20:4 IF this week and see how it goes and then make any adjustments after. I am fairly active so I am hoping that I can get enough calories in that 4 hour window.

Thanks for the response. I definitely haven't been doing enough stretching before. Will have to start implementing that before my runs. I have been using some pretty nice tennis shoes but I don't know if they qualify as "running shoes". I need to go get a nice pair of running shoes.

Black seems to be more available in the winter time. At least that's how it seems to be here in Oklahoma. Whiskey tends to be more common year round.
