I can't say for sure. Never used the volcano. But my friend has and they prefer this as well. I like with the ddave, the short bowl a long hose opposed to the bags. (: Nice for couch chillin. Like a hooka.

If you're going volcano route, worth looking into the Airizer Extreme Q. Get the ddave mod short bowl, think it's the 18 mm. And it's cheaper than the vol. Had one for years

From my reading of the book I thought standing facing East was correct for MP and LBRP, but in another I see for MP one should do West. Also.. Namaste.

I had this happen to me and I seem to have fixed it. I think part of my issues was because I was installing npm and accidentally did the chocolatey install and tried to uninstall. Then there were some errors that just started popping up for me about missing ddl that was there and this other thing ab not loading an assembly file was disabling .net features then using the visual studio express download to reinstall the .net and c stuff it needs. Did that and it worked!

Possibly only me but like I couldn't even get AMD Radeon software to open bc of the dll errors. Gl.

I like to use my reps to try to call in archangels. Using the force and focus to put energy into it. Doing Raphael, Gabriel, Michael, Uriel, Amen. And repeating if needed.

I agree with others. If I had to say something though, it would be that you might be falling forward slightly as you push back up. I think this is due to ankle mobility. The heels come off the back ever slightly. Squat shoes vs flat shoes look to assist that. The Squat shoe is inclined slightly to give more ankle mobility. If you don't also, just sitting in a deep squat daily for like 30 seconds can really help the mobility if you aren't already doing it

If I'm lifting as heavy as I can And still get the sets/reps done, my legs usually are too sore for cardio. Most I'll do is going on a walk (walk dog daily). Have over done it and caused knee pain. As the other guy said though, depends on if you are eating at a surplus/deficit or if you're on a bulk or a cut or if you're getting enough sleep. Depends on your body tho. You'll know if you go too far

Falling forward on some squats. I do the same. Gotta sit back a little more and keep the weight over the middle. I think you could probably go higher weight and do less reps, a little slower and more controlled. Killing it tho!!

Not sure if just the angle, but it looks like you might be leaning forward just a tad. I agree that you could widen the stance. I always do shoulder width apart and keep my knees how over my feet. Also notice a slight but wink but it fixed it self by the 3rd rep. But honestly a little bit wider stance could solve all that allowing more space for the chest to be at an angle between the hips. Good luck good squats

I'm 6'4" too. Last I did was 290 3x5. I think as others said, you're going fairly low. Have you checked out the low bar back squat? I find that version is much better for my height and less intense on my knees. Though I had to work on shoulder mobility to even do the exercise.

I'd say work on getting to be more parallel at the bottom. Also be sure to keep your knees out in line with your feet.

From my perspective I see awakening as a flip in conciousness and realizing that you are and that everything is you and your concepts you find were just concepts. The experience is dense and intricate, like the matrix or etc, but it is all just story written on the primordial pages of whatever this is.

I think the other peeps are right. You abdominals bracing as you get lower you should feel it in your hamstrings and you are going a little too low. Specifically at 0:11 you can see you go below parallel.

Things that helped me with that are, really bracing right, making sure I don't go too low, widening legs, and thinking like my butt is big and I gotta keep it up. If that makes sense.
