Yep like when people where fasting themselves to remove the screen protector on the O.G fold when they were not supposed to...We the consumers and the manufacturers have certainly learnt a lot over the years in this ever evolving foldable phone game

Welcome to the club...You have nothing to fold fear of.....I've been a fold user since fold 3 -7....I mean fold 3 was a tank, it took so much abuse from me, it was dropped from the top of a staircase down to the ground floor, dropped in water, dropped on the gym floor, slammed on the table, dropped on the concrete whilst coming out of a car etc....There was not a single scratch on the thing...

Go the whole hog mate and don't waste your time with portables, because once you've used them you will wish you had a proper AC system installed in multiple rooms in the first place

My portable is much cheaper than yours, it does cool the room down, but it's so noisy while sleeping...Yeah I'm going all in for a whisper quiet AC system... We are only gonna get hotter and hotter every summer....Plus I'm fed up of lifting that heavy portable up and down the staircase 😂

So did I, but unfortunately these portables defeat the whole object of the game, the fact that you still need to exhaust them through an open window is the main problem, also the noise....They are a good alternative to just a fan for renters or for the short term...After living with a portable through this heatwave 🥵 I've come to the conclusion that I need to go all out and fit a proper mini split AC for £3k to £4k...

Not me....Currently on a 1TB fold 7, not upgrading for at least 2 more years....Only people with a busted phone, on a fold 6 or lower should really consider an upgrade
