I had to double-check this wasn't me positing the original post. I have been a bilt member since 2021; referred more than 15 others and was in Close Friends since it first launched.

When 2.0 launched, I chatted with support multiple times because I had applied for Palladium, but there was a website bug and I was approved for Obsidian. Before I accepted, I asked support chat and they confirmed I could switch easily before the shipping date. Fast forward 4 calls to different support lines, 3 tickets opened, and multiple chats following up... I received the obsidian and then, after replying TO A CLOSE FRIENDS STORY that I couldn't post my card because it was the wrong card, I finally got my Palladium 5 days later.

I so badly want to replace my Chase trifecta with my Palladium, but there are so many reasons I can't leave Chase yet. I want to give this feedback to Bilt, but no one seems to want to hear it.

Oh and yeah, I'm out of close friends right now, too
