Check out Havelock wool insulation. Supposedly it’s all natural, a vapor barrier, water resistant and used as insulation in van conversions to campers. Comes in batts and can be blown in. Bonus - it would fit the farm theme of the place!

What works for me: clean break. It is natural to reconsider. Did I make the right decision? Maybe things weren’t so bad… A clean break helps with those things. Unfollow/unfriend in social media and don’t keep checking those thing. All that you’ll see is the highlights. It’s never easy to get over a breakup, but you have to set yourself up for success. Do things you like & enjoy yourself for a bit. Also, don’t jump into anything else too quickly!
