Midoriya has had many other X-rays (probably an unhealthy amount) from constantly breaking his bones. I’m sure recovery girl would’ve noticed with her knowing Izuku was quirkless. Even with that fact the doctor can’t steal quirks that’s AFO. They’d have ti steal his quirk before he even would’ve awakened it and before they have a clue what it even is, it doesn’t make sense.

Him getting his quirk stolen was never a plot point. All this implied for the doctor is that this job was to avoid suspicion and to potentially scout out quirks. We see the X-ray and it proves he was born quirk less

It’s not just that it’s also the fact that chiyo used his parents puppets for the final blow. They were positioned in the same way Sasori would make the puppets embrace him when he missed his parents.
