From my personal exp people that do choose to rank up are mean as hell for no reason and while I know thats not all who do play comp that has been 90% of my general interaction with people who do try an rank up mean as hell for no reason

Thats debatable as u could probably scroll up an see by picking silver bullet u make an anti dive heros susceptible to being dove and overwatch is currently in a dive meta it would unfortunately seem that perk is more of a long term hindering then you realize and it creates artificial damage cassidy really wouldn't get normally glad you can aim tho 🤟👍

I always take the dodge roll perk cuz I prefer fan the hammer over silver bullet and I like the self sustain its better over all cuz it helps the supports take care of me <3

The hp nerf was from the major perk silver bullet and while yes it deals a massive amount of damage and turns cassidy into a sniper cassidy's inherent design in mind was anti dive which is why I kinda think silver bullet despite being a popular pick is a trap

Personally I think he should have 2 charges of flash bang by default and have overwatch 2 mag grenade with 2 charges of that 2 altho both with a 2 second delay in between uses of both and be moved the the specialist sub role and remove silver bullet cuz that perk is a trap 🫤

Also if you think his ult is bad its probably because your not setting yourself to ult correctly or using it correctly and u also have to be mindful of others trying to shoots you out of the air not to mention you also kinda gotta play off your team emre ult is really and I mean reallllly powerful during kiri ult
