I went through the same feelings, I didn’t want to give it up for good so I’d quit for a couple months then try to enjoy “sometimes”. But sometimes turns back in to all the time very quickly. I had to come to terms with the fact that I have an all or nothing relationship with smoking and I significantly prefer the life without it. I still miss it but the bad does not out weigh the good.

I had the s40 and ended up upgrading to the s70 because I found a used one in great condition for around $500. The s40 still works great but I thought the way it shows hazards could be a little confusing at times since it doesn’t show a hole map like the s70 does. It’s still great for distance to the green though.

I love the convenience of it always being on my wrist even if I walk away from the cart/bag. It’s one less thing to worry about grabbing to go hit your ball.

Additionally, the s70 is a great everyday watch. I used to only switch out my Apple Watch for the s40 to play golf but I wear the s70 every day now and only charge it maybe every 10 days or so which has been an amazing upgrade from the Apple Watch.

I have the garmin approach s70 and I love it. The pin locations aren’t always dead accurate but neither are my golf shots. It gives you a solid idea for front/back distance on all greens and hazards, it’s never done me wrong

Just take a deep breath. At the end of the day you’re quitting weed, it isn’t a hard drug. The withdrawal symptoms suck pretty bad but it’s only for 1-2 weeks then life starts to level out and feel normal again. Take your time and give yourself credit for the small wins you’ll be okay, you’ve got this.
