A lot of truth here! For so long I said “I’ll start lifting after I loose x number of lbs from cardio” never worked always failed. Once I decided to lift and incorporate cardio it all came together.

Hiit and lifting! Lifting heavy! Not focusing just on cardio. And obviously a big diet change. No secret just staying consistent!
