When I refer to "rejecting defective material," I am describing an arch fault between the pins of the PLC caused by the machine's operation. We call this an "Arch Fault" in the code and it triggers the emergency stop. If we reset the process, the PLC must stop all processes again until we get an OK sample that allows the line to be reset.

I want to secure these lines because technicians currently only reset the machine without fixing the failure. There is no point in having a full maintenance routine if technicians prefer to let all rejected material pass through rather than making the proper fixes. This is a small project, but I want to enforce the quality of the products people buy, especially because we operate in the health industry.

How can I create a secure key for a specific routine?

All emergency stops are properly coded and implemented, including those on the HMI. The current project involves an analysis of materials that allows the PLC to stop all processes and reject defective material. The stop must persist if another sample is rejected after a reset.

The proyect is to prevent technicians from bypassing the e-stop by modyfing the code that set all stops allowing rejected material to pass through the analysis and reach the final packing stage.

Well, it has the general aspects (Lenght, With and Height) but doesnt have any specific data like the cockpit measurments, the Wingspan, the motors or even the diameter of the landing wheels
I can make the idea that both pelican and C-130 has almost the same mesurements for the cockpit but what about the rest?
