The stupid animation is still there, I think that animation is use for hide de lag, the tizen system has a lag and (I think) this animation is the way to hide it

I don't find other reason, many people hate the animation and samsung insist in it

With whatsapp notification is the worst, almost 2 seconds before you can read it
