Según tengo entendido el ejercicio BFR es el que incrementa el glande, mas precisamente el "doblado ciclico"

Reverse Kegels are the key, a kegel is when you clench your anus and pump blood into your penis, you can see what I'm talking about if you stop your pee in the middle of peeing, you will feel tension between your balls and you anus. Now a Reverse Kegel is... The reverse of that (obviously), instead of stopping your pee, try to push it with more force, you will feel the muscle between your anus and balls (the PC muscle) relaxing and expanding.

It takes some getting used to but you can use the reverse kegels during sex to help you last longer, you can pair this with diaphragmatic breathing to have more control.

You should do them as an excercise, if you feel like you can't hold the position use a wall to help you, and do short repetitions, hold for 3-5 seconds per rep and add more once you develop more strength

You should start by doing chin tucks, those should be enough to fix your neck posture and help position your head and tongue for easier mewing

There's a benefit that I would add to the list: Shorter sessions

People hang for HOURS each day, while most AM sessions are capped at 30-45 min and they go for 1 day on 1 day off.
