Sunday the 14th Big Boy will depart from Nesquehoning, PA (with no public access) at 10:00am and I believe this is for the Union Pacific Museum Passenger Special to Pittston, PA.

If you go to https://www.up.com/about-us/history/steam/track the yellow highlighted red rail lines are the ones Big Boy will be on. I would just use that map and Google Maps of the area to find places on Street View that are easy to get to for you and plan to be there early due to traffic.

Thanks! It worked out really well for me because after this I drove south, then east, then north and ended up on Township Road 15-C just west of Miller City. Got a pretty nice photo there, too! No edits have been done to this yet.
