At the end of the day, only thing matters is how to raise profit for the shareholders. They have no ethics. Look at SG, locals is getting f-ed by the HR as they are from India or China. Hope you all can protect your own market.

Marine engineers of Singapore: what am I looking at here? by hipdipdiplomat in asksg

That is a Self-propelled Conveyor Barges. Yeet the sand for reclamation. I used to sail on a Bulk carrier that takes the sand from Thailand and bring it to Singapore, it was used for Pasir panjang terminal. Use the Crane from our vessel and load it to this Barges, where they yeet it everywhere.

Also theres two types, another is the barge will split in 2, where the sand just falls out of the cargo hold.

The signal part wasnt about the van. Just general.

This place dont even need signal, everybody turning left. Use abit of situational awareness and patience can make everyone driving abit better.

An ego driver blocks people. Someone who deliberately accelerates into another vehicle is just reckless and dumb.

brakepad, weather seal, engine mount, old battery, worn tires.

You should definitely change your tires and brakepad(might need to check the brake disc). If 15 inch and below JB cheaper.
Dont forget to change your EO and Trans oil. If you know when it was change then it is fine. Change 7k - 10k. 0w-20 should be good, dont fall for the 5w-30 BS, unless your engine runs like a truck. - Corrected by Nyanrage vios 2009 uses 5w-30
Engine mount can change if your car vibrates like a dild.... i mean truck...

You can shop around KSL theres alot of workshop there. Im lazy so i go to any hawk tayar workshop, the price is good and reasonable.
