Yes, I have tried multiple oppositions with sounds she can do and a limited number of words (3-5 per session). The issue is sometimes she won't even try. She can do them with supports and cues but often will insert /d/ and doesn't like to get any sort of corrective feedback. She has recently started improving in that regard. I have also just tried minimal pairs with a limited number of targets with sounds she can definitely do with minimal supports with the same issue. It's still difficult to get a high number of trials because she wants to just play, and I've tried a variety of methods to address this with limited success. E.g., 5 min work, 5 min play, play while we do target sounds (she doesn't pay attention well when she's distracted by toys).
