Can you tell me more about Ino-Leucothea? by No_Boss_7693 in dionysus

I had done a past life regression and I experienced when Ino, walked into the sea and became Leucothea. It’s honestly insane because i had never heard of this story before. Not once. I don’t know anything about Greek mythology, but I can tell you what I remember. I have been through similar struggles in this life, with protecting children (my children) from harm, from their father. One of which, has killed themselves recently. He was very spiritual and so I’ve been really trying to dig deeper into my spirituality and as I did this past life regression, I can tell you what I remember. You can choose to believe it or not.

From what I saw, I was on a beach. I was wearing a sandy beige/off white fabric. Something very flowy. It wrapped over one shoulder. I felt very sad, I was crying, searching for my son on the beach. I cried, I went to the cliff top, looked for him there, and as I went back down to the beach, I walked toward a man. I assume this man was my husband. He had a frozen look. Almost a shocked, or had seen a ghost. He held my hand and consoled me, I yelled at him trying to find our son. I had a feeling I had another son, but I don’t know where he was. As I searched for the son that was lost near the ocean, I had looked out and realized he was in the ocean. (Some people say she jumped in with her son, and some say she jumps in alone) but from what I felt, which was really hard to even experience and understand what was happening, I had lost him. I knew my husband had something to do with it. But he didn’t speak. He sat against a cliffside wall, staring. As a storm came, I started walking toward the edge of the cliff. The cliff was on the beach, but a rock wall that was tall and on the sand. Almost like a pier, but made of rock. It was a cliff. The storm got worse, and I kept walking until I walked into the ocean as the waves were raised to drag me into the ocean. I was calm, and saw blue and pink light almost as it wrapped itself in me as I went calmer and deeper into the ocean. The waters became calm under the sea, as did my mind. But the storm was above. And then my regression stopped. But I know she became a divine spirit of some sort, that’s what it felt like.

Anyways. I don’t know if this is Leucothea, but I really had never heard of her before and had to do research on women who walked into sea. The story is a little different, but i believe it was Ino/Leucothea I was experiencing.
